Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, power adapters, and all included parts.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, modification, missing original parts, or abnormal use may not be eligible for return or refund.

For desktop computers, PC towers, and monitors, please make sure the product is properly packed before return shipping to avoid damage during transportation.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos or videos of the issue. We will help you process a return or refund after verification.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
If the return is caused by a product defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item, we will provide further support after verification. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
